Come along to Leeds Jazz Club
and enjoy a friendly drink
with some great live jazz!
Leeds Jazz Club
Has been running from the 1950s reformed over 20 years ago and now is based at Armley Conservative Club for Live Jazz every Tuesday.
Door opens at 7.30pm and the band is on stage from 8pm.
Membership is NOT required, just turn up and enjoy some great live jazz from some the very best of Traditional Jazz Bands from around the country.
Recently local young jazz bands such as Louis Louis Louis, Leeds City Stompers, Alligator Gumbo, After Hours Quintet – all playing music from 1900s to 1960s – have been well received at Leeds Jazz Club.
Many of the musicians have attended the Leeds College of Music, occasionally swing band dancers add to the atmosphere.
We also have older trad jazz bands appearing at Leeds Jazz Club.
Admission is £7 and Students £3.50
